The Surge: The Good, The Bad, and The Augmented DLC for the game is finally out now. The new DLC completely transforms the game into a new Wild Western style and offers a great deal of Cowboy hats, Saloons, and Abandoned Mines.
In addition, too much of fans’ expectations, the old Dark-Souls inspired combat has also returned to the game. Check out the latest launch trailer for The Surge: The Good, The Bad, and The Augmented below.
According to a brief overview for The Good, The Bad, and The Augmented by Focus Home Interactive, the main story of the game revolves around the character of Warren. On his epic journey of exploration at the CREO Facility, Warren faces the wrath of Doctor Rischboter. While going through, all his deadly test chambers players act as Warren and investigate the abandoned quality assurance lab.
Players will find the game seeming like a piece of some wild west tv show while they encounter the mad doctor and all his accomplices. In addition, players will need to fight through Dr. Rischboter’s training rooms. Players will be able to modify them to earn rewards. There are also 4 to 16 new and insane modifiers available in the game.
Similarly, at the end of every other stage, players will be fighting against some really powerful opponents. All these opponents will be the ones forged from various training scenarios that are equipped with 30 different equipment types. These equipment types include various armors, implants, and weapons.
Additionally, with this new DLC, players are also treated with the news that Deck 13 has been working on The Surge 2. Hopefully, this version of the game will be available for download soon.
The Surge: The Good, the Bad, and The Augmented DLC is now available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
