All the SoulCalibur fans cheer up as a Stress Test for the SoulCalibur VI has just been announced. The developer, Bandai Namco has just announced that the game will be getting a network test on PS4 on September 27th, 2018. The testers will be able to download it on the said dates from the PlayStation Store. The test will begin on September 28, 2018.
The Test will feature only one mode. However, there will be 9 ranked matches, 15 playable characters and 9 new stages for the players to test it out. For all those who’ve wanted to test the game before it releases, this is the ultimate chance. The test is open to all, meaning it’ll be available on PS4 for all the new and old players.
As the test will be open for a limited time, players will have a chance to test the game from 28th till 30th September 2018. Fans are hopeful that the test will run smoothly for the specified time period. The stress test will begin at 8:00 Am and will end on 30 September at the same time.
For all the fans who will be testing the game, the pre-downloads will begin a day prior to the actual test run date. It is also confirmed by the developer that the actual build of the game will be a totally new build. It’ll be a different build than the one presented at the E3 this year. Similarly, the E3 2018 build offered 13 playable characters, but this one will offer a total of 15 playable characters.
All the nine new stages will remain on rotation. Meaning this time Bandai Namco is offering quite a detailed look at the game before its original launch dates. The full SoulCalibur VI game is set to launch on October 19, 2018, on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
However, the release on Nintendo Switch isn’t yet confirmed by the developer. Though, they have teased the fans a bit about it. The Nintendo Switch fans are hopeful that a release date will be announced after the release on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
