Bandai Namco has released new details about its DLC plans related to Ni No Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom. The publisher will introduce three additional RPG content packs over the coming months, the first of which is expected to be released in August this year.
The DLC Adventure Pack will be released on August 9 and will be available for free. The game is introduced with a number of new challenges. Along with the new levels on the Faraway Forest Cave, the DLC is also launching two new battlegrounds, Zeta and Blackhart, in addition to the quests which will be opened after the main story is complete. Players can also get new costumes and other prizes.
The remaining two DLC packages are reserved for those who have purchased a $20 season pass of Ni No Kuni 2. The first is scheduled for this winter and will introduce a new dungeon. Further details on these DLC packages will be published later.
The last update for Ni No Kuni 2 arrived in June. Along with a number of fixes and improvements in quality of life, the game was introduced with two new extreme difficulty options, both featuring better quality equipment and items that fall into the normal standard mode.
Ni No Kuni 2 is compatible with PC and PS4 game console.
