Khloe is no stranger to a dramatic transformation. Earlier this week she made a remarkable mention about herself, saying that she lost 33 pounds of weight. She said that since giving birth, she has been more excited about her workout routine and has lost 33 pounds. She gave birth to her daughter True Thompson back in April.
She said that her experience after giving birth has been great. She added, “after giving birth to True, I did not put pressure on myself. I wanted to have my routine back which I had before getting pregnant.” She added, “That routine was working out at least six times in a week”
She told her fans that she did not have any number in mind to lose the weight. She just said she wasn’t able to work out for six times a week. Now that her daughter is three months old, she herself is amazed at the results.
She also said that she was shocked when she came to know about losing 33 pounds. She said, “I never knew I could lose so much weight in such a less time.” She added, “I have a routine of breastfeeding and being active during and after the pregnancy.”
She said that she never compares herself to other women. Each woman has a different priority in her life. Each of us have our journey. She said that staying healthy and active is important to her.
“Exercise is something that I always use to maintain my sanity” she added, “now that I have a baby, I still want to have some time for myself. I want to do something for myself.
