Just Cause 4 ESRB Rating Suggests The Game Will Offer In-Game Purchases, It’s the Biggest Break After The Season Pass

Just Cause 4 got an ESRB rating and one thing that came out in all of the fans’ interest is that the game will now offer In-game purchases. The game is now rated M for Mature based on its own caliber. Despite the game still requires online access, recently the Season Pass was released for it. But, the Season Pass didn’t offer Microtransactions in the game.

It all seems changed now as Just Cause 4 has now got an ESRB rating. According to the official ESRB rating, we now know what kind of Mature elements are actually present in the game. The ESRB rating also lists In-game purchases in the description. This confirms that the fans will now be enjoying the much-demanded In-game purchases after all.

According to the ESRB rating;

This is a third-person shooter in which players assume the role of a man (Rico Rodriguez) who teams up with rebels to battle an evil dictator. Players traverse/explore an open-world environment and use machine guns, rocket launchers, and explosives to attack and kill enemy soldiers. Combat is frenetic, with realistic gunfire, frequent explosions, and cries of pain. Successful hits are accompanied by blood-splatter effects. Players also have the ability to kill pedestrians and bystanders via firearms, drowning, striking them with vehicles. The words “f**k” and “sh*t” appear in the dialogue.

This ESRB rating could be simply for the Season Pass so don’t automatically assume it is for some in-game currency that can be paid with real life money. Just Cause 4 still doesn’t offer any multiplayer so there are no online elements for this new game.

The above paragraphs are from ESRB rating that sheds light on the Mature content present in the game. Additionally, we can see that it is also hinted in the description that the game will in fact offer the In-game purchases now.

Just Cause 4 Season Pass is available with the Gold Edition. Fans can buy the Just Cause 4 Gold Edition from PlayStation Store in $89.99. The Gold Edition also offers bonus content for the game along with the Expansion Pass. In addition, the Gold Edition includes the base game, All the Digital Deluxe content, Expansion Pass, and a Premium Golden Gear pack. It also includes a coveted Golden Gear Shotgun that features ricochet tracer secondary fire.

Just Cause 4 is slated for a release on 6th December, 2018 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
