Final Fantasy XV is all set to live stream on Tokyo Game Show 2018. Square Enix has just confirmed that a live stream for the game will air on September 23, 2018. The Final Fantasy XV Royal Edition was released back in March 2018. This is probably the biggest news about the game to come out. This was also the time when Square Enix confirmed the 4 new DLC episodes for the game.
At the previous announcement, Square Enix revealed that the DLC episodes will start releasing in early 2019. However, no further details were revealed by the publisher. As the Tokyo Game Show is probably the biggest event so far, the publisher has announced that a live stream will be aired for the game on September 23rd, 2018 on Twitch. Fans will be able to watch it between 11:45 am to 12:15 pm JST. Fans are requested to watch it according to their own time zones. It’ll be available on the Official Twitch Channel.
Considering the Tokyo Game Show 2018, one of the biggest events this year, it is highly likely that we’ll be hearing more about the game. It is widely speculated that the new Season Pass DLC will be revealed by the publisher on the event.
Square Enix has previously announced a schedule of the DLC updates for Final Fantasy XV revealed in April. With this particular reveal, it was also heard that a major new expansion pack for the Comrades DLC will also be releasing in the future. Since this expansion hasn’t been released yet, it is highly likely that a reveal about this expansion will occur at the TGS 2018.
Final Fantasy XV is already available to play on PS4, PC, and Xbox One. A Pocket Edition for Nintendo Switch has also been released in addition to the PS4 and Xbox One versions.
